The best thing about growing up in New England is the amazing seafood that is right off the coast. You have Lobsters in Maine, Mussels from PEI and all the amazing local seafood right off of Cape Cod. The problem for restauranteurs is there is so much COMPETITION.

So how do you decorate your seafood restaurant in New England? What can you do to differentiate yourself because the market sets the price you have to win on value, service and scenery. Scenery is my favorite part of going out to eat for seafood. There are roofdecks, warfs and even islands in New England.

There is wall decor which includes everything from paintings to metal fish art. A ton of places tend to actually hang old fishing nets which reminds me of Pirate's Cove Mini Golf. Whenever I have friends from out of town I need to have them experience the seafood scene that is New England.

Top 3 place to eat seafood in New England:

1) Legals Harborside on the Roofdeck in Boston, MA

2) The Barking Crab in Boston, MA

3) Bob's Clam Hut in Kittery, ME

Take a page out of these restauranteurs books on how to decorate your seafood restaurant in New England.
