One of the main factors in running your restaurant is ongoing expenses and utilities. When your restaurant has the lights on for 18 hours per day energy is definitely a cause for concern. Many restauranteurs even tend to close one or more days a week in order to manage their costs.

If you are forced to heat with oil or electricity because natural gas is not available you can still save money on your energy bills. There are these new low energy electrical ductless systems that can be installed for a few thousand dollars.

What is a ductless system? It is essentially a large AC unit powered by a heat pump. Ductless means you do not have to do any demolition of your walls to run a systm that is ducted.

Who are the top manufacturers? You have Mitsubishi, Fujitsu and LG. For more information about this check out http://www.thermalizemass.com
